View the sample file to illustrate how your bulk upload file should be formatted. This template can be used for your own bulk upload file. Right-click the link and
select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" to save the file to your computer.
After saving the file, you will need to open it with Excel. When you have created your bulk upload in Excel, be sure to save file as tab-delimited (.txt) for uploading.

Each detail of the property listing is called an ‘attribute’. A value must be provided for all required fields. There are also additional optional attributes – these are not required but are highly recommended. Including as many attributes as possible in your property listing(s) will help to drive more traffic, higher search result relevance, and increase the overall marketing exposure for the property listing. See the list below for further clarification.
Once you have created a file with the set of attributes for your property listings, you can upload your listings file.

real estate bulk uploads must meet the following requirement(s):
- You must describe your properties by submitting all of the required attributes for your item type.
- Your properties, and any landing pages for these properties, must list prices in US dollars.
You are required to include these attributes for all of the listings in your bulk upload file. If you do not enter information available for a required attribute the property listing will not be uploaded.
